Electric Coating
ELECTRIC COATING
The Electric Coating is a cathodic treatment, applied by dipping, in order to impart to the details treated very high resistance to corrosion.
Our treatment cataphoresis is made with a highly automated system controlled remotely, with PLC, by highly qualified staff.
The Electric Coating plant is equipped with 11 stages, including also steps of degreasing by immersion, important for high detergency and final cleaning of the manufactured articles before painting.
The strong point of our Electric Coating process is the surface conversion with zinc salts (approved by Caterpillar), by depositing a microcrystalline layer which gives a special high resistance to corrosion up to 700 hours in accordance with ISO 9227 and mechanical resistance with values of maximum flexibility.
